By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and business details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify Zayoto of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Zayoto may offer a free Trial Period to new Tenants. During the Trial Period, you may access the Platform with functionality equivalent to the Starter Plan.
At the end of the Trial Period, your account will be transitioned to a limited free state unless you subscribe to a paid Plan.
Trial accounts are limited to one per business entity. Abuse of trial offers may result in account termination.
The Platform offers four subscription tiers: Starter, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise. Pricing varies by region and may include per-vehicle charges and Add-On fees. Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/PDV).
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and processed through Stripe. All payments are due in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle with a 7-day grace period for usage adjustment.
If payment fails and remains outstanding for more than 7 days, your account may be placed in a restricted state. After 30 days, it may be suspended. Data from accounts suspended for more than 90 days may be deleted with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT: use the Platform for purposes other than managing a vehicle rental business; upload unlawful or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malware; reverse-engineer the Platform; use automated tools outside published APIs; or resell access without permission.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to your Content. You grant Zayoto a limited license to use your Content solely to provide the Services.
As a Tenant, you act as the data controller for your End Users' personal data. Zayoto acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable data protection laws.
You may export your data at any time through the Platform's GDPR data export feature in standard machine-readable formats.
Zayoto's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Zayoto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Zayoto operates zayoto.com as an online booking platform for travellers ("Customers").
Car rental: Zayoto acts as a marketplace. The rental agreement is concluded directly between the Customer and the rental agency named in the booking; Zayoto facilitates the booking and collects payment on the agency's behalf.
Transfers: Zayoto acts as a booking intermediary (broker) and merchant of record. Zayoto sells the booking service under its own prices and collects the Customer's payment; the transportation service itself is performed by an independent, licensed local carrier, who is solely responsible for the carriage, its safety and its legal compliance. The identity of the carrier is disclosed in the booking confirmation. Zayoto is not a transportation company and does not itself provide carriage.
Payment holds: for transfer bookings the Customer's card may be authorised (held) at booking and charged only once a carrier confirms the ride. If no carrier confirms in time, the hold is released in full and no charge is made.
Cancellations and refunds: where a confirmed ride cannot be fulfilled, the Customer receives a full refund of the amount paid to Zayoto. Complaints about the carriage itself are handled by Zayoto as intermediary with the carrier.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. For Tenants and customers in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, or Montenegro, Slovak law applies subject to mandatory local consumer protection provisions.
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
EU Tenants may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
