Zayoto operates zayoto.com as an online booking platform. For car rental, Zayoto acts as a marketplace connecting travellers with independent rental agencies. For transfers, Zayoto acts as a booking intermediary (broker) and merchant of record for payment: Zayoto sells the booking service and collects payment, while the transportation itself is performed by licensed local carriers, who are solely responsible for the carriage.
